My team works hard but also knows how to have fun while doing it. We bunker down and work together to tackle difficult situations, but also celebrate the wins.

They see you as a person, not just a COG. They take the time to get to know you personally and see your value within the company beyond your current role. All while providing you with support beyond your initial onboarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very seen. I'm recognized for work well done. I'm only a few months in and my boss already has mentioned my career trajectory. I can see myself growing here and my leadership not only sees but actively wants the same.
