I enjoy my time here. Overall the team is excellent. The leadership team including my manager are motivated to seeing me grow and seeing continuous success.

Our team wants everyone to be successful rather than just being competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team is very transparent and keeps a flat approach with each department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the open access we have to information and asking questions to management.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love consulting with clients to discover how we can best help their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure is fair. The health insurance being fully provided by the company is fantastic.

my team communicates and shares intel well. We keep each other informed and give each other great advice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very inclusive. We have multiple team events to keep morale high and create connective tissue with all of the teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest when I have a win or a potential win on the horizon. The team gets excited and so does my manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job of communicating with the teams for updates. Leadership keeps a constant line open with us to make sure we are heard and receive updates/upgrades in a timely manner.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission plan is very lucrative for wins. The quota is a tough number to hit, however the individual win commission is well worth the output. My only outstanding issue is the low matching of 401K.
