Working remote gives me the flexibility I need in my day to day to accomplish professional and personal to-dos

They are as connected to the individual contributers as they are management. Very clear visibility into company outlook / goals / achievement
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I am paid a portion of my commissions later on based on actual spend of the client. Also, fully remote.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how small it is, while that's subject to change in the future, it's very comfortable for me and easy to keep track of who is who
