What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is awesome at Stampli. There is great diversity in gender, ethnicity, and age which helps gain a sense of belonging.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with the people I do (customers and my peers). The job itself is challenging enough to not be boring, but the workload is not generally overbearing either. It's a really good balance in my opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so positive and willing to help. I feel like the entire team is welcoming and always wanting to do what is best for Stampli instead of being individually motivated. This is a huge pro to working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really cares about the success of their employees. I feel they really invest in us and do their best to set us up for success. What I find the best thing is that the leadership team is constantly in communication with the entire organization ensuring all voices are heard.
