What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a ton of events, we spend time together weekly at lunch. I've made great friends at Stampli.

I have the ability to earn more based on my level of effort and it's not capped, which is awesome.

The leadership team is open to new ideas, works to find creative solutions and is extremely transparent about the inner-workings of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has a lot of fun together. We've forged genuine bonds with each other which makes it so much easier to get through a workday filled tons of calls and meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation is the generous amount Stmapli pays on my behalf towards my insurance premiums. Insurance can be SO expensive and it's amazing that they think it's a priority to help offset the cost by contributing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a relaxed office and no one is micromanaging you. They treat you like an adult that knows how and when to get your work done. It's not perfect and there are people who take advantage it seems, but overall, it's an amazing culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has clear metrics, goals and KPIs for my department. I know where I stand and I know what's expected of me and my colleagues. There's no room for ambiguity and if there is, all I have to do is ask and there's an answer waiting for me.
