I really do like it here. My feedback for the company would be suggesting we find a way to make our meetings more efficient and invest more in long term solutions even if they take a little longer, to make future projects move faster (i.e. adjusting the infrastructure so we can make changes faster)

I love that everyone comes in on the same day and the environment is fun. It makes me feel happy about going in and never burnt out on it, since its only part time

You guys did a great job of setting up the office to be a place I want to come into. It feels collaborative and also fun! worth the commute which is saying something because mine is long.
