The executive managers are very business oriented but they fail to see and understand the needs of their developers. They do not encourage team work and co-operation, which is unfortunate, because I believe it can increase team's productivity and satisfaction.

They are professional and smart. Also they are friendly and fun to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
If I get to develop new code or improve existing code. This is what I love most at my profession. I'm happy when I feel that I maximize my contribution to the company by doing what I'm good at. Unfortunately, it's not the case most of the time. Management fails to utilize my skills.
