I think overall the company has been mostly supportive, fun, kind, and works to be a good atmosphere. I wish there was more support for mental illness and ability to feel comfortable to talk about it.

how much the coworkers will try to help each other out and give advice on what works for them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the work from home. It is nice to be able to be home whem problems arise or when you need a break for yourself to regenerate at home
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a lot of experience and try to spend time focusing on you hitting goals. The issue arises where there is more focus on certain people and getting time to fix your own mistakes as you fall behind becomes miniscule. I also think there could be more empathy in the team.
