I was super nervous at first but once I found myself in a small group, I became more confident. I have experienced two managers with completely different styles and met some great people. Overall, I am super glad I took this opportunity.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have to say the benefits and them being completely paid for is pretty great. Or the uncapped commission
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how interactive they are, if I ever have a question or need help with anything they are always available.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think with the people that got hired with and after me, the atmosphere really changed in great way. Not everyone was super welcoming when I started but for people after me, I see that they are trying to be super welcoming for new people.
