Not paying attrntion to staff request
My current work/project does not let me utilize my skills fully. There is no scope of growth. Basic hike every year would be appreciated.
A mich higher base pay and bonus.
Stocks should be added. The fixed component should be better.

The line manager needs to get clear and direct decisions. Line manager depends on third parties (other department heads) for decisions related to her staff
Should be easier to get promoted if you are talented and capable. Very hierarchical organisation and some really old-fashioned thinking at the top leadership level, so that's definitely a downside. This should change - a lot!
Managers are bias. There is no transparency in promotions and rewards
process was messy. but the interviewers were professional
Staff should be respected and valued for their hard work
