I am extremely disappointed by this employer. I can't believe what a parochial and discriminatingly monocultural organization I've ended up working at.

It's a monocultural clique. There is really no authentic acceptance of others.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no respect for diversity or any attempt to retain talent who come from diverse backgrounds
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not invest in the well-being and ling-term employment prospects of the employee. HR is a nightmare and extremely insensitive and unsupportive. There is no respect for diversity, inclusion, and equity. There's a lot of talk about DEI but no one walks the talk.
