What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to suggestions we provide. We asked for more group meetings/get togethers since we are all spread over campus and they made it happen. We had a working lunch all together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse team where we can share our lived experiences in a judgement free place. I am not afraid to ask for help or voice my opinion, even if it is opposite of others.
