My supervisor is incompetent and doesn't understand our unit's function within the university. Stanford's time-off policy is awful. The fact that they force employees to take time off over the holidays, potentially without pay for new employees, is awful and demonstrates a lack of care for workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stanford's retirement benefits are good, and I believe my pay is fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team leadership has a vested interest in the success of individuals, including furthering their on-the-job training in order to create more well-rounded employees for internal growth or eventual promotion outside the department.
