What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could include me in more things. I am a new employee and feel left out by most of the people in the office
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no good option. If you want good healthcare you have to pay a lot out of pocket. If you want to go the cheap route then you have to give up the great healthcare option
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is not much to look forward too. I do not interact with my coworkers much. I feel left out of a lot of things and am not given much to do so I sit for most of the day
