The challenge in the work that we do in such a complex environment.

They have a passion to help people and contribute to the work the university is doing around the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary compared to others in my role across the university as well as other companies is much less. It's hard to pay for rent for my single bedroom apartment.
