It has been very positive and I love helping with admin projects and using the various data sources. Working at Stanford bears some prestige and I am proud of myself for fitting in and adapting to this new environment and processes.

Very candid and effective at communicating any updates and news about projects or issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing input and results come in from my projects and interacting with the faculty and deans of our office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a non-exempt at 32 hours and appreciate the holiday and vacation that is offered as well as Dental and FSA.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very diverse and candid. They seem genuine and all have unique personalities that are mostly upbeat. Very willing to help and share info.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked for software and tech companies and the university environment is totally new to me. There are more policies and requirements to meet but everyone is motivated to do their best and make projects happen.
