So far it has been amazing, I work with other organizations within Stanford, I am learning so much and able to share my previous experiences and ideas without others feeling defensive. We are all here to make our group better.

The cohesiveness of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so appreciative of others work, the team work is outstanding, people will drop everything to help others. We have an amazing team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens to what employees are saying, they are working to understand why we have turnover and what to do to prevent or limit.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am doing two things that I absolutely love and I get paid for it. I get the support from the people I work with when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cam from another ARO and had to take a slight pay cut. I thought that the compensation in California would have been equal or above the market price. DCRI pays more in North Carolina.
