My overall experience has been very positive with a lot of willing input from the outside. I feel whenever I speak up or ask, someone is always happy to help. I have never worked somewhere before where the idea of excellence is so practiced as it is here. That is empowering.

I do not believe that the salary adequately reflects the hours and responsibility of the position.

The teamwork, active and various duties make me happy at work. Allowing to contribute and explore new ideas makes me really happy.

What I like best about the leadership team is the culture of striving towards excellence while making a huge effort to follow the closed circle communication of keeping all informed.
