I truly feel out of place. Only 5 percent of the people that work at Starr are nice.
Much micrimanagement. Unethical employees get promoted while honest hard working employees are severly overworked.

Management does not recognize hard work only backside kissers or relatives to Senior Management. At one time this was an awesome place to work however in the last 5 years the spiral down is accelerating
