Management does not recognize hard work only backside kissers or relatives to Senior Management. At one time this was an awesome place to work however in the last 5 years the spiral down is accelerating

More communication and direction or even a process would be great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is not listening to employees, the market or customers. They have their ideas and that is all that matters.
