The people work very well together.

People are communicative and kind

Feedback is always welcomed and promptly heard. It is not difficult to get support from a hotline

STATS recently launched a D&I council that is focused on amplifying the voices of those that might have previously felt excluded. There are also opportunities to get involved with different volunteer or social events.
