What do you like best about the leadership team?

Progressive company, but too slow to act on decisions

It is a great place for freelancers to make an extra bit of cash. Getting paid to watch sports is always a step in the right direction.

Majority of Executive Leadership joined the company following the hire of our current CEO. Of the 7 C-Suite leaders, 3 are women. More can be done to diversify at other levels of leadership within the company, especially outside of HR.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding that businesses are built on people. And if you can't take care of your people you don't have a business.

Developing real growth strategies and stop firing the people who can implement those strategies.
