What do you like best about the leadership team?
Progressive company, but too slow to act on decisions

It is a great place for freelancers to make an extra bit of cash. Getting paid to watch sports is always a step in the right direction.
Majority of Executive Leadership joined the company following the hire of our current CEO. Of the 7 C-Suite leaders, 3 are women. More can be done to diversify at other levels of leadership within the company, especially outside of HR.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

STATS recently introduced a second healthcare option, allowing employees to choose between price (high-deductible plan) or coverage (traditional PPO). There is also unlimited time off in the form of RTO.

The people. We all love our jobs.

I work in a very collaborative team that is open and honest with one another. We do our best to exceed goal expectations and do so in a way that supports each others' individual goals.

The people work very well together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Positive attitude of the manager
Skype phone calls mean the entire process is face to face. Communication is easy
My recruiter was in touch regularly, and kept me posted on where I was in the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently, nothing. The American owners have beaten that out of every one of us.
The happiest part is doing something I already love and still being paid to do it
