What is the best part about your compensation package?

The money. But honestly they overpay you to deal with the nonsense that is Steadily (specifically the OP location).

Salary is very competetive very

Benefits are very expensive, but the pay structure is much higher than other companies allowing you to pay for those a little easier.

Having stock in the company is pretty awesome!

Equity in the company, and highest pay for not only salary but commission as well. It's unmatched.

Steadily puts a lot of stock in the base compensation, and I love it. I only wish I could get more equity because I know where we are going!

They pay top of market salaries

During my interview process, they talked about paying top of market for high performers. When I got my offer letter, I was more than pleased with the compensation and truly believe it fulfilled the promise of paying extremely well for each role.

The high cash salary - fulfilling a value discussed in the culture deck - top of market compensation. The benefit package isn't inflated with perks that I won't use resulting in a lower cash salary.

The best part about my compensation package is being paid for being a high-performer and seeing the benefit of my hard work being paid off.

We are expected to be the best at our craft, and the company pays us as such. They perform market research to ensure we are being paid above market, and that when they expect a lot from us, we are compensated for the expectation.

The benefits could be improved but we are paid top of the market in the sales department
