I get paid 13/hr with continuously increasing job responsibilities, random schedule changes with no communication, being lied to about wages as well as job placement when i was moved out of an affiliate company(port 17) to assist with a short staffing issue then permanently stuck there. (Plus more)
They need to stand up and say something about how they are getting treated
There training they always say ok then they do exactly what I tell them not to do
The coworkers aren't necessarily a problem but they just need to be trained better instead if barely at all.
