What did you like most about the interview process?

It's kind of long but what I see it's because they're following legal rules, local labor law and so on so forth. Multiple of Interviewee in different phase, there's a test as well. It's kind of fair and natural for a bigger organization like Steelcase.

In depth evaluation with multi dimensional aspects. Reference checking and quick closure of the position.

Talent acquisition team will provide detail briefing before the day you step into the room.
