What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Human centric Organization, the best! There's no hierarchy, there's an equality. I love Steelcase.
Everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions
The way culture is designed, it gives control on the work so that the stress levels are low and performance is high.

Management treats people fairly and you have supportive culture
It really supports interaction yet provides a lot of choice and control around how and where we work
I like that we are encouraged to work together in the office, but given the flexibility to work remotely when it is helpful for personal reasons - or when it is a snow day!
