The company's just not fair to older employees. They get these new employees and want to play on their phone all day that does absolutely nothing.

There's no actual plan for career growth and development, you're effort or expertise is very subjective depending on who is in charge at the moment.

It's kind of long but what I see it's because they're following legal rules, local labor law and so on so forth. Multiple of Interviewee in different phase, there's a test as well. It's kind of fair and natural for a bigger organization like Steelcase.

In depth evaluation with multi dimensional aspects. Reference checking and quick closure of the position.

Talent acquisition team will provide detail briefing before the day you step into the room.

I was able to meet a lot of people and get a good feel for the culture
