- What did you like most about the interview process?It's kind of long but what I see it's because they're following legal rules, local labor law and so on so forth. Multiple of Interviewee in different phase, there's a test as well. It's kind of fair and natural for a bigger organization like Steelcase.
- What makes you most happy at work?The best is when you love what you're doing. My deadline is myself, no micromanagement. Happy to work with people that easy to communicate.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Human centric Organization, the best! There's no hierarchy, there's an equality. I love Steelcase.
