What are some of the best things about your team?
It depends on the team. Teams at the individual contributor level honestly do their best in a system of complexity and chaos. Teams going up the ladder politic and are worthless. Endless meetings about the same issues and if you actually look at what gets done, it's alarming.
Team work, collaboration, good communication, support, positive with open communication and a lot more.
They are helpful, open to suggestions.
The team work towards common goals despite having different set of roles and responsibilities.
We are doing our best to socialize with each other when in office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Human centric Organization, the best! There's no hierarchy, there's an equality. I love Steelcase.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Was able to talk to a lot of people so I could get a sense of the people I'd be working with
It's kind of long but what I see it's because they're following legal rules, local labor law and so on so forth. Multiple of Interviewee in different phase, there's a test as well. It's kind of fair and natural for a bigger organization like Steelcase.
In depth evaluation with multi dimensional aspects. Reference checking and quick closure of the position.
Talent acquisition team will provide detail briefing before the day you step into the room.
I was able to meet a lot of people and get a good feel for the culture
What makes you most happy at work?
The best is when you love what you're doing. My deadline is myself, no micromanagement. Happy to work with people that easy to communicate.
