Stericycle Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Well, I like the days that you earn as far as days paid off, but unfortunately, I'm not being paid the days that I earned due to me taking a better opportunity in my life, thanks, Stericycle!

The flexibility of the different options

The insurance an401 k that's good

Review from Operations Dept

unlimited vacation though I don't take enough. We have average benefits - nothing to complain about. I wish we had gym discounts or could use our HSA towards gym membership

Medical insurance package is excellent

Review from Operations Dept

Get to have fun, try new thing explore go on adventures

I don't have a compensation package

Medical benefits are great and stock in company

The benefits are great and the pay is okay

That the Calgary management team doesn't manage it

Salary plus commission is okay but not liveable

The benefits are very easy to setup and are much better than my former plans elsewhere.

Everything is good to me

Ability to increase compensation based on contribution and performance.

Review from Sales Dept

The health insurance is very quality for the price you're paying.

Review from Customer Support Dept

being paid fairly for the type of job i do

Review from Operations Dept

All aspects fair but could be better during pandemic

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because leadership focuses more on control than support. Instead of empowering employees or acknowledging their strengths, the approach often feels condescending and rooted in authority over collaboration

Experience, productiveness, leadership capabilities, and willingness to grow doesn't equate to compensation...salary = exactly 8 hours, refuse to do overtime.

Fair pay for work completed

Review from Operations Dept

I'd like to be payed for the job I'm doing, the person I took over from was on €37.500 a year and I'm doing same job for €32

Employees are limited in salary and there are no substantial increases. Living in the Bay Area of California on less than $25 an hour is nearly impossible.

They short changed my hours I've already worked and dispatch is very rude and does not know her position

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is much less than similar jobs in area. Hours are long and benefits are expensive

I think the pay scale is outdated. The drivers are by far the face of the company. Any time a customer has an issue, they sit on hold with customer service and the issue never gets resolved. Then when the driver shows up, they get to hear the complaint and have to deal with it.

Since there's no management current real management it's up in arms

Review from Operations Dept

They dont even have a correct comp plan for the current year. Also, they arent paying completely for what you sell

Be more helpful with obtaining benefits, and decribe more in detail on how to get them

Constantly explaining the issues time and time again with nothing being resolved or even an attempt to try to fix one of the countless issues. A minimum of a 15% wage increase.

Review from Operations Dept

More pay for more hours and incentives for productivity

If they paid what they promised

I don't feel that the pay is accurate for the market that we live in

people that are starting with no experience are getting paid $ 19.84+ starting pay an employee that has been here for years is not making and has to teach new employees but they get the money and a bonus incentive something old employees never got. Not a fair tear when u move with in.

They have this crazy idea that when you take a promotion the max increase is 10% even though that increase puts you at the bottom or below of the pay range for that position. They will hire people off the street for more than they will pay you with all your experience.

Free breakfast on a friday

Yes always overworked and underpaid

Companies of similar size have more competitive wages. Our benefits were really good then they decided to cut the cost of good benefits and gave us terrible ones. I can’t even see the same dr I have had for years because they don’t take our insura
