Communication is lacking. Leadership should have a direct line of communication with employees.

Actions pursuit to keeping their employees safe

There is no leadership. The lead driver talks about how he is gotten multiple people fired from the management position and other drivers as well. You can try to tell management about harassment this would be HR as well as District they have no concern!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because leadership focuses more on control than support. Instead of empowering employees or acknowledging their strengths, the approach often feels condescending and rooted in authority over collaboration

Experience, productiveness, leadership capabilities, and willingness to grow doesn't equate to compensation...salary = exactly 8 hours, refuse to do overtime.

I'd like to be payed for the job I'm doing, the person I took over from was on €37.500 a year and I'm doing same job for €32

Employees are limited in salary and there are no substantial increases. Living in the Bay Area of California on less than $25 an hour is nearly impossible.

Leadership needs to be changed

In Garland tx. It's a Nightmare circus for both plant workers, and Driver's ...no One knows what's going on , No Communication between Supervisor's Esp in the A.M. Driver's are pushed off the yard with Negative Attitudes because they are doing the job for the plant workers who don't show up.

So of the equipment is out dated and broken and even on site at customer locations equipment is broken
