I love working at glenwood bhu. The only two complaints that Ihave is that during March social workers were not recognized at all but the nurses were for the entire week in May. Also i wasn't awarded anything for my 1 year anniversary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fran is a very considerate person who not only looks out for the nurses but everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In order for the team to be effective, the leader has to be and we have great leadership. I wish they would show more appreciation for them some times. The bad seeds are slowing dwindling away and because of that it makes the workplace more pleasant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Money wise I do because when I was interviewed for the job, it was my understanding I would make over 60 a year based on 40 hours. I work 12 hour shifts so therefore i make less during one week and more the next. I would be happier with the position that I have working 9 to 5 benefits included.
