What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Horrible, intentionally cutting staff to maximize profit with a full house. They do not address safety issues, no communication, poor patient care, no regards to employees satisfaction. Absolutely NO emotional intelligence!

Communication. There is little to no communication between office personnel and workers. The hospital sites are treated much differently (better) than the off-site office workers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance is very reasonable and we have excellent coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equal payment for equal work. Pay should not be based on the color of your skin or ethnicity.

To be heard and considered and to be treated the same as the hospital employees. Meetings are always convenient for hospital personnel, and not off-site offices. They even buy gifts for hospital personnel and not off-site offices. It really makes one feel undervalued.

The office that I am in is a good one which is rare and we get along, however; there is a sense of superiority when it comes to who has worked there longer and that should not be the case as we are not union.

Management! And pay better and then you will attract quality staff.

Our company has been bought/sold about 4 times in the last 6 years. We have gone through 3 different software systems with no time for training and learning. Hours have been drastically cut which puts more stress on everyone. All the employees are so stressed out and tired.
