Equal payment for equal work. Pay should not be based on the color of your skin or ethnicity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing. What I applied for I was told it was not available AFTER the interview. This is to tell you how poor of a company this is.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Horrible, intentionally cutting staff to maximize profit with a full house. They do not address safety issues, no communication, poor patient care, no regards to employees satisfaction. Absolutely NO emotional intelligence!
