The management is horrible. Not only does the company not pay it's employees well, they stole our PTO during the pandemic. They don't pay their bills and they do not off maternity leave with pay!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The patient to nurse ratio is HORRIBLE! 5:1 AND SOMETIMES 6:1. The patients don't receive adequate care with those numbers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked for this company THREE years without a raise making $8 and hour! When I finally got a raise it was to $12 which would be great if all the other area hospitals didn't pay $15 for my position. We need to get paid more. The CEOs not choosing between gas or food!
