Everyone is understanding and we have a great sense of comradery

Management has created a toxic work environment, they use policy as a sword, and generally the staff has the feeling they do not care for us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been at the company for a while and during that time, the management has changed several times. It is hard to say what the process looks like now.
