Literally, the company continues to take away from us...cut staff, cut benefits, no raises etc. The union employees in the north are treated better.

Coworkers hands are tied as corporate controls everything.

Laid back and friendly. Pleasant people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every year they cut something. Always have to do more with less. No incentive for doing well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not treat the non-union employees well. Always cutting to deeply. No regard for work conditions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaving for the day is the most positive thing about the company environment. Morale use to be high until Steward bought us. They have destroyed morale
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not staffed appropriately. We do not have resources we need. We have not seen a riase or bonus in 3 years, only cuts. Benefits have been cut.
