At first i was excited when Steward Health purchased or hospital from Iasis health-care. Since then however, no one in my department has received pay raises.. That's been 4 years now. We're are constantly understaffed as well.

The people are nice. I have exceptional co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Personality, everyone works hard and cares about what they do!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never really met the leadership. They don't usually come to our department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hospital is overdue did a market adjustment. Compared to other hospital in the area. An actual raise would be nice to receive for the work you put into the job
