Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is nothing to like about them. They are like used car salesman instead of addressing the issues within the company they write a new mission statement, like a car salesman painting a rusted out car for sale.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs a real understanding of the industry. Management consists of sales people that were promoted into operations.
Paying their obligations in a reasonable time frame .
runnnn.....not a good company to work for, low pay, horrendous benefits they are not competative. Stonemor has chosen gpa/elap for its med ins.they do not contract with facilities, i.e hospitals. By going with gpa/elap Stonemor has put everyone of its employees in both Financial and legal jeopardy.
Doubt any executive group could keep Stonemor from failing.
Area manager is good for maintenance and local area sales is another story and they demand too much
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and compensation schedule with bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Receiving the pay promised in a reasonable time frame .
need a decent pay raise and better benefits
Commission cuts have crippled the sales force.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Serving local familes, during a difficult period.
They're hard working and dedicated

What did you like most about the interview process?
The company should tell potential new hires what the job will really be like instead they have a canned presentation they give written by executives and HR.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Regional management take a more active role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company Needs to examine the actual infrastructure of the company instead of going cheap they will find that the company would be better served by paying extra for something that actually works.
executive management needs to stop lying to employees and making excuses
Like I stated earlier, I doubt there is a remedy.
Customers dont follow rules at all
