My customers are what makes me most happy, & i love to jamm out & laugh and cut up

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. Starting with the pay the uniforms. Employment appreciation.
Manager is only there about 3 hours a day and never on weekends . Groceries arent ordered efficently to do job and truck order is not checked
New help would be nice new manager be great
Terminate the manger as soon as possible

Need better management that doesnt take everything wrong and has inside friends.
Not being yelled at when trying to inform the manager when something happens at the store would be a good start.
