It's positive when the manager team isn't there Us employees are good with the customers we have to deal with there's alot of us that give back cause of the area we work in we have to stop alot of stealing but we let the kids know to ask one of us can buy something for them it's alot of team effort

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is nothing but lack of communication or language barriers
We need a new manager and better employees
A manager that trains employees better so we can run more smooth
They need to get a better manager someone that will do there job & go in to work & go in for someone when one calls in be supportive & understanding
People need to communicate over everything
