NEVER received any of my compensation
$7.25 and hour tell me if you can survive with that.

We need a new manager and better employees
A manager that trains employees better so we can run more smooth

Getting to socialize with the customers

Cooking a good product and having the customers come back and tell you how good you did
Making my customers happy. The customers coming in to eat my food I serve and the compliments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. Starting with the pay the uniforms. Employment appreciation.
Manager is only there about 3 hours a day and never on weekends . Groceries arent ordered efficently to do job and truck order is not checked
New help would be nice new manager be great
Terminate the manger as soon as possible
