What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being professional. Paying annual pay raised to those that did not gwt it. She owes back pay and could be in legal trouble as also my hours have been reduced after reporting them. I will file again and again and again

Recently got a new manager. Listen to your staff.
talking with their employee's and having a better way to communicate what needs to be done. Our store 2460 is horrible at communication, especially with management to its coworkers.

Not haven't favorites and helping everyone move up I was there four years and got nothing but rumors I have to hide sometimes cause everybody ask me what happen there it hurts to say that the supervisor only helped women and people who he thought where smarter then me
