It was the worse in just a few months that I worked there more then 6+ people had quite the manager makes the work place very difficult & makes the assist manager do everything! If the manager would not go in the assistant would do all the paper work , the assistant would have to go in for someone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to get a better manager someone that will do there job & go in to work & go in for someone when one calls in be supportive & understanding
