What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not being yelled at when trying to inform the manager when something happens at the store would be a good start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I usually work at night, alone. Moving to evening shift due to the store closing, they are really easy to work with and listen so that we can compromise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
talking with their employee's and having a better way to communicate what needs to be done. Our store 2460 is horrible at communication, especially with management to its coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the amount of effort i put in to still trying to put a full 8 hour shift, into a four hour one due to the store having to close at 11pm. Our manager wants everything done before we close, and though i do try but i stay past to be sure the mopping and cleaning of the bathrooms is done before i leave.
