I love building and i gey to work with great people who truly care about our project, client and each other

Local leadership cares about all employwes in my office - Philadelphia. I hear our corparate leadership are very strong too but i have no direct experience with them
What did you like most about the interview process?
Made it down to earth and not a pissing contest about how big past jobs i ran were. More like a conversation to see hpw we fit together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great and my coworkers hAve all been great experiences. Sometimes schedules are fast and can be tough to manage if subs donot perform or miss scope they need in their bid
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Promises always kept by management and growth has been rewarded fina cialy. Took care of me during entire covid situation too and i have friends that were nor as lucky during covid. Very loyal people here
What are some of the best things about your team?
My ops manager definitively cares about me and my team on jobs have all been great people. I enjoy working with differetn type teams and everyone wants each other to suceed but also everyone pulls their weigh
