
Generally, the managers or the bosses around are supposed to manage problems and complaints but the manager I worked under made the employee deal with most of them.
As far as I'm concerned, they don't do anything when it comes to issues/complaints
It honestly depends if it is independent or franchised owned.
The manager or owner handles it
