Marc Stratton — Senior Vice President of Summit Midstream GP LLC and Treasurer of Summit Midstream GP LLC at Summit Midstream Partners

Mr. Marc Stratton serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Summit Midstream Partners LLC. Mr. Stratton served as Vice president and Director of Finance of Summit Midstream Partners LLC and was responsible for supporting its corporate development function, interacting with capital providers and providing analysis for its existing investments and prospective investment opportunities. Mr. Stratton has over nine years of finance experience, including six years dedicated to the midstream segment of the energy industry at SunTrust Bank and most recently, at ING Investment Management. Mr. Stratton spent seven years at SunTrust and ultimately served as a Vice President in the Project Finance Group within its Debt Capital Markets division, where he supported the team's origination, structuring, marketing and syndication of over $1.0 billion of senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity for midstream-oriented companies. In 2007, Mr. Stratton joined ING Investment Management's Midstream Energy Group and was responsible for providing portfolio management and investment analysis support for its proprietary $300 million public and private equity investment portfolio. Mr. Stratton is a graduate of Denison University where he earned a BA in Economics.
