He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hiland Partners GP Holdings LLC, Principal Accounting Officer of Hiland Partners GP Holdings LLC, Executive Vice President of Finance of Hiland Partners GP Holdings LLC - General Partner, Secretary of Hiland Partners GP Holdings LLC and Director of Hiland Partners GP Holdings LLC at Hiland Holdings GP, LP. He served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at AG Edwards Inc. since August 2005. He joined Hiland from Wachovia Securities, where he served as Director for its Energy & Power Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining Wachovia in 2007, Mr. Harrison spent eight years with A.G. Edwards Capital Markets' Mergers & Acquisitions Group and led its energy mergers & acquisitions effort. Prior to A.G. Edwards, he spent five years with Price Waterhouse as a Senior Accountant. He served as a Director of Hiland Partners GP LLC, a general partner of Hiland Partners, LP and Hiland Partners GP Holdings, LLC, a General Partner of Hiland Holdings GP, LP since April 2008. Mr. Harrison holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee in 1992, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1999 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
